Concerns for her safety were raised by someone close to the pop star, leading to a police inquiry. However, the latest reports suggest that Britney Spears is in good health.
In her social media post, Britney edited the caption of the video to clarify that the knives were not real but rather props rented from an LA Hand Prop shop. Despite this clarification, some fans remained worried and reported the situation to the police. Britney explained that she was trying to emulate one of her favorite performers, Shakira, and reassured her fans, stating, ‘No one needs to worry or call the police. I’m trying to imitate one of my favorite performers, Shakira… a performance I was inspired by!!! Cheers to us bad girls who aren’t afraid to push boundaries and take risks.’

Captain Dean Worthy of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office revealed that the concern originated from someone close to Britney who had seen the video on social media. Typically, law enforcement wouldn’t respond to fan reports about a celebrity unless there was a credible threat. However, in this case, they confirmed that the person who reported the video had a personal connection to Britney.
This wellness check comes after a previous one in January when Britney deleted her Instagram page, causing alarm among her followers. At that time, she reassured her fans of her well-being and requested privacy.
