Jennifer Lopez and Drake had known one other for years before she uploaded the now-famous photo of them embracing in front of what looks to be a fireplace. Drake appeared shocked by J.Lo’s arrival at the 2013 Grammy Awards (per Capital Xtra), and the two met in 2016 during J.Lo’s Las Vegas show. The two appeared in public together a couple more times, fueling speculations of a romance. The picture was then posted by J.Lo on December 28, 2016.
The duo went to a “Winter Wonderland” party together, but their passion faded out fast (a frequent motif in Drake’s life). J.Lo would start seeing Alex Rodriguez before breaking up with him to rejoin with Ben Affleck (whom she would marry in 2022.)
