Of course, Kim Kardashian is selfie-ready anywhere, even while sitting in the dentist’s chair.

The SKIMS mogul shared a seemingly filter-free selfie on Instagram yesterday March 7, in which she poses for a quick picture while sitting in a dental chair at the dentist’s office.

In the picture, she wears a black hoodie and has her hair sliced back into a tight high braided ponytail.
