Former Employee Accuses Mark Zuckerberg of Brandishing Ninja Sword When He Was Angry With Programmers

Alert for very laid-back, absolutely acceptable behavior! A former Facebook programmer claims in a popular TikTok that Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook before becoming the CEO of Meta, once threatened staff members with a katana sword.
Why did Zuck feel the need to pull a heavy bladed weapon from its sheath in the office? Noah Kagan, the author of the video, explains his decision to create it thusly: “I didn’t like the code and the material we were putting out on the website.”

Kagan has previously spoken in the open about the katana incident. In a book he published in 2014 titled “How I Lost 170 Million Dollars: My Time as #30 at Facebook,” he offered an even more thorough look into the fiasco.
The account stated that “he had some fantastic encouraging quotes.” To this day, I’m not sure why he possessed the sword, but he would threaten violence if you didn’t complete the task right away, either by punching you in the face or by chopping you with it.

Other “strange” incidents that occurred at the internet behemoth were listed by Kagan, who is currently the CEO of an organization called AppSumo, including the claim that the company’s perpetually cringe-worthy founder “still wanted his money back” after losing a poker game to PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel.
According to the TikTok, Zuckerberg also reportedly covered any parking fines for Facebook employees. Strange bonus, but cooler than jokingly threatening to “chop” someone.

In 2005, when the social media platform and its sword-wielding founder were still relatively inexperienced, Kagan worked for the tech behemoth. In addition, he was only employed for nine months, and since he was fired, a lot has changed. Uncertainty surrounds whether Facebook’s Eye of Sauron will still galloping around the Meta headquarters in 2022, but we’d be willing to wager a few Zuck Bucks that the katana will still be present in one of the organization’s revered corridors.
