“Happy to be on the scoresheet” – Christian Atsu’s last words before his death (Watch)

Ghanaian footballer and former Premier League star, Christian Atsu, has been found dead.
The 31-year-old former Chelsea and Newcastle winger was found d£ad on Saturday, February 18, 12 days after been trapped under the rubble of his home following the devastating earthquake that hit Turkey and Syria on Monday, February 6.
His agent in Turkey, Marat Uzunmehmet, broke the sad news of his passing in a brief statement on Twitter.
“Christian Atsu was found and had unfortunately passed away,” he said.
“Atsu’s lifeless body was found under the rubble,” Uzunmehmet added when speaking with reporters in Hatay, where the player’s body was found. “Currently, more items are still being taken out. His phone was also found.”
