Jake Shields, An MMA Fighter, Is Called Out By Cardi B For Linking Her & Kim Kardashians To Andrew Tate.

Cardi B is widely known for getting into controversy and garnering media attention for it. Even slights are unable to escape Cardi’s attention. After recently complaining about being taken advantage of for unpaid “marketing strategies,” she made a threat to reveal DMs. Jake Shields, an MMA fighter, recently compared Cardi to Andrew Tate, and she is undoubtedly offended.

Shields felt compelled to mention Cardi in his Twitter tirade after misogynist influencer Andrew Tate was barred from using social media. Shields wrote, “People are absolutely cool with young ladies looking up to Cardi B and the Kardashians but freaking out about young boys looking up to Andrew Tate.”
“Tate’s main message is stop being lazy and making excuses and go work hard and get in shape and make money. Cardi’s is go do drugs, f**k random men and go through life as a brain dead moron.”
Naturally, Cardi B objected to the connection to the Shield and clapped in response. The rapper stated, “I’m married, I don’t use drugs, I don’t drink, I don’t do coke, I’m a mom of two kids, and I do a lot of charitable work.
“But hey let me put Cardi into it to defend a man who defends misogyny and rape.”
Andrew Tate was prohibited from using Twitter five years ago for his comments that women “have culpability” for sexual violence. Recently, Tate was taken off of both the Meta and TikTok platforms. His exclusion was due to “violating restrictions on harmful organizations and persons,” according to Meta.
Joe Mulhall, director of research at Hope Not Hate, commented on Tate’s suspension as follows:
“[He] poses a genuine threat to young men, radicalizing them towards extremism misogyny, racism and homophobia. We’ve provided significant evidence to the major social media platforms, including Meta, about his activity and why he must be removed.”
Tate rose to fame in 2016 after he was kicked off the reality TV show Big Brother for allegedly abusing a woman in front of the cameras. For more updates, follow Thirsty.
