Rema hits 200 million streams on Audiomack

Rema, a recording artist for Mavin Records, was presented with a plaque for reaching 200 million streams on the popular streaming platform Audiomack.

Jason Johnson, vice president of marketing and brand strategy at Audiomack, presented the award to the Nigerian musician in New York during one of his sold-out Rave and Roses tours.

Jason Johnson claimed that since Rema entered the industry in 2019, he has demonstrated hard effort and tenacity.

He said: “Rema has shown that with hard work, intentionality, and determination it is possible to achieve great feats. Since his introduction to the industry in 2019, he has continuously grown and shown the fans many layers to his creativity. We are proud to be able to celebrate this milestone with Rema and we hope to celebrate more milestones in the future.”

Rema joins a group of Nigerian musicians that have amassed more than 200 million streams on Audiomack, including Kizz Daniel and Fireboy DML.
